At Madeleine Thompson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury knitwear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain attached and intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
